Yes, after playing around a bit with this board, and observing a weird behaviour, a deeper investigation led me to state that one of the small smd 74HC14 ic's was not powered at all, as the positive track was not connected to anywhere due to an error in pcb design. A further look at google confirmed that. A small piece of wirewrapping wire fixed it. Also, an smd resistor under the Estop connector was badly soldered and the contact was not working as expected. Reworked solder on smd.
